Hailing from Melbourne, Sam is a dynamic and powerful drummer, currently driving the rhythm for the stoner doom/heavy groove band A Gazillion Angry Mexicans. His drumming style is heavily influenced by legends like Abe Cunningham (Deftones), Steve Judd (Karnivool), and Clayton Holyoak (Every Time I Die).
