Warranty Process
Email us photographs, a description of your warranty claim and your sales receipt. You can email via the contacts page.

What is Covered
Any manufacturing default such as a crack in the lathing or on the main body of the cymbal.

What is Not Covered
Dings / Dents / Flea Bites : Dents are obvious signs of overplaying and/or improper sticks selection. Mishandling the cymbal, such as dropping it during set up, is not covered under our warranty. Your cymbal most likely cracked due to a nick or ding in the edge, not due to a material defect.
Key Holed: The center hole is key holed or has spider cracks, which indicates the sleeve on the stand is worn or not used.
Edge Cracks: Edge cracks are not covered and are a result of improper technique.
Cracks Around the Bell: This is caused by mounting the cymbal too tightly, and restricting the movement of the cymbal and causing unnecessary pressure on the bell.
