Accolade by Relic Drums Australia represents a warm, timeless and classic sound showcased with small stage friendly BOP shell sizes that ooze retro vibe, and still offer a massive punch.

The blended shells of Poplar and Birch create a strong, warm, and classic tone that delivers plenty of punch that extends beyond what might be expected from smaller sized drums.

All Accolade shells feature a 7mm - 6 Ply construction comprised of Birch and Poplar. Poplar was heavily used in the early years of drum building for its smooth and even tones, and Birch was the prominent wood used in all professional kits through the 90's for its bright, and focuses tones.

The Accolade Drum shells are perfectly complemented by our road ready retro sparkle wrap finishes, that not only look amazing, but also protect to your shells when gigging.
